Is there parking available?
There are several parking options near the venue. We recommend using public transportation or arriving early to find street parking.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The performance will be held indoors.
At what time are doors opened to the theater?
Théâtre du Gymnase Marie Bell doors open 30 minutes before the start of the show. Please arrive early to ensure you don't miss any of the performance.
How long does the experience last?
1h45 total, including a 15-minute intermission at around the 1-hour mark.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, strobe effects are used.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
Unfortunately, photos and videos are not allowed during the performance.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?
Yes, this is a seated theatrical experience.

Do I need to wear a mask?
No, masks are not required. However, the experience will follow all requirements of city authorities, and mask requirements may change.
What happens if I arrive late?
Latecomers will not be admitted to the venue. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early.
Is there an age requirement?
This show is for those 16+ years of age.
Is the venue accessible?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Empire Strips Back can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play.
