What can I expect from The Empire Strips Back?
After a sell-out tour, The Empire Strips Back arrives for a limited run. The classic Star Wars characters are dropped into the world of burlesque. Comedy and striptease, loving detail and hilarious parody… Let us deliver you to the dark side.
Where is the experience located?
"Kailash Mital Theatre: 1125 Colonel By Drive, Carleton University, Southam Hall, Ottawa, Ontario, K1S 5B6"
Is there parking available?
Parking Lot 1 on campus is just outside Southam Hall. $10 for the evening rate (after 5pm) Monday-Friday, $6 for Saturday/Sunday. On Friday prior to 5pm the rate is $4.50 an hour, max 4 hours.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The performance will be held indoors.
At what time are doors opened to the theater?
Theater doors are set to open 30 minutes before the allotted show time of each show. At that time, you may enter and be seated on a first come, first serve basis within your Zone. The earlier you arrive, the better your seats!
How long does the experience last?
2 hours total, including a 15 minute intermission at around the 45 minute mark.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, strobe effects are used.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
No photos and videos are not allowed during the performance.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated theatrical experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
There are washrooms on levels 3-6 accessible from the stairs at the lobby level of Southam Hall
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
There are vending machines on site for snacks and drinks. There will be no food allowed in the Theatre.

Do I need to wear a mask?
No, masks are not required. However, the experience will follow all requirements of city authorities, and mask requirements may change.
What happens if I arrive late?
Latecomers will be admitted to the venue upon arrival.
Is there an age requirement?
This show is for those 18+ years of age.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes.
TICKETS
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
Yes, tickets can be purchased on the Fever App if they are still available. Performances often sell out in advance.
Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?
Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number. Kailash Mital Theatre cannot help with ticketing questions.
Do I need to print my ticket?
No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?
We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What are the official sellers for this experience?
Official tickets for Empire Strips Back in San Francisco can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
Can I make a Group Booking?
If you would like to book for a group, please contact us to get in touch with your preferred attendance date and the size of your group.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do?
You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
