Is there parking available?
Yes, FREE parking. The parking has convenient, easy access from the I-15 and Flamingo Rd and from the west off Valley View Boulevard. The Masquerade parking garage is closest to the theater.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
The performance will be held indoors.
When does the show start?
The advertised time is the actual show starting time.
At what time are doors opened to the theater?
Lobby doors generally open 1 hour prior to showtime, and the theater doors generally open 30 minutes prior to showtime.
How long does the show last?
Just under 2 hours, including a 15-minute intermission at around the 1 hour mark.
Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, strobe effects are used.
Can I take photos or record the experience?
No. Neither photos nor videos are allowed during the performance.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
Yes, this is a seated theatrical experience.
Will restrooms be available on site?
Yes, there are restrooms at the venue — please ask our staff on site for directions.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
Yes, there is a full bar. We offer some snacks, as well as both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

Is the venue accessible?
The Rio has dedicated access seating for each performance. These are usually at the front of the auditorium, or near an aisle or exit, for easy entry/exit from the auditorium.
