What can I expect from the event?
After a sell-out tour, The Empire Strips Back arrives for a limited run in Birmingham. The classic Star Wars characters are dropped into the world of burlesque. Comedy and striptease, loving detail and hilarious parody… Let us deliver you to the Dark Side.
Where is the experience located?
The event will take place at The Old Rep Theatre located at 45 Station St, Birmingham B5 4DY, United Kingdom
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held indoors.
How long does the experience last?
This experience lasts 2 hours, including a 15-minute intermission at the one-hour mark.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
You will be able to purchase food and beverage at this event. We will have snacks, as well as alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.
Is there parking available?
The Old Rep is inside the Clean Air Zone (CAZ). To check if your vehicle can enter the CAZ for free, visit the Government's vehicle check site. There are many paid car parks in the vicinity of The Old Rep, including: Dudley Street, Town Hall/Navigation Street and Birmingham New Street Station
Will there be additional sessions?
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee there will be extra dates. Please refer to the experience page for updated information on availability, as those are the confirmed dates and timings.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?
We always encourage guests to arrive at the time stated on their tickets. Latecomers will be admitted to the venue at a suitable entry point upon arrival. Please note that seating will be based on availability at the time of entry.
Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?
Service animals are welcome at our event. Please note, the production involves loud noises, confined spaces, and haze which may affect them. We recommend ADA individuals to use our ADA/PMR seating for extra space and comfort for the service animal.
Is the venue accessible?
The step free entrance is located on Hinckley Street to the rear of the Station Street entrance. There are wheelchair accessible seats available at the front of the auditorium. If you require a Carer ticket, please email us at info@theempirestripsback.com for assistance.
What are the prohibited items at the experience?
We are a non-smoking production. We request your cooperation in respecting this policy across all venues to ensure a pleasant experience for everyone.
Is the experience accessible for deaf/visually impaired people?

Will there be strobe lights?
Yes, strobe effects are used.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?
This is a seated experience, so seating will be available for every guest.

Unfortunately, photos are not allowed at this experience, not even with your mobile phone.

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us.
Is coat check available?
While we do not have a designated area for coats, guests are welcome to keep their coats with them. Please be mindful of the comfort and space of others around you.

Where can I get tickets?
In the Fever App, available on Google Play and Apple Store
On the Fever website
Can I purchase tickets at the door?
Tickets will not be sold on site; they can only be purchased in the Fever App or on the Fever website if they are still available. Performances often sell out in advance.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person?
Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket in the Fever App. Please contact us if you need additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase. You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.
I can't find my ticket. What should I do?
You can view your ticket in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have the app installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
Can I change the date of my ticket? Are refunds allowed?
This experience allows date changes up to 48 hours in advance. If you would like to make the change, please contact us and include the ticket ID associated with your purchase (What is the ticket ID?). One of our agents will respond to your request as soon as possible, informing you of the next steps to follow. No refunds are permitted under any circumstances.
